There is an Internal Affairs Detective after Gordan in Dark Knight, who even went after Batman when he saw him. Just more evidence that he's technically wanted by the police. Interesting enough this Detective also makes an brief appearance in 'Tec, but i guess like 'Tec, DK doesn't count either.
And in Nightwing, it looks like Nightwing is gonna be wanted for murder.

If they get framed or get blamed for certain crimes or whatever, that's fine and not what I'm talking about. I'm not saying they should have 100% legal immunity.

    That was pre-New 52.

In the current DCnU continuity, there's no evidence any of that ever happened, so they never existed anymore yet.

Oh, I know dude. It's just I like to pretend this current Batgirl thing never happened, which is why I ditched the current Batgirl title (that and it's a bit...pants). If she's crosses over into another title, it's just Steph with a dye-job. <_<

Lol, I think in terms of plucky tone, etc. it was definitely the other way around, and when DC realized a proxy with a similar personality wasn't going to sell in the numbers they wanted, as Steph-Batgirl was essentially New Coke, they went back to Coca-Cola Classic with Babs.

I gotta disagree Barbara's "plucky" tone was given to the character AFTER Steph was born (she always had the "plucky" tone to her) Barbara well at least in the way I see her is sassy and classy. Like that one cheerleader in school, that was cool with everyone and did her own school work.

Proxy and Oracle were opposite ends of the same spectrum. I am beginning to think that you see things "If its not Barbara its not right" and then you have these sudden impulses of reality where you begin to see the complaints about the book.

I didn't mean Proxy as in Wendy, I meant proxy as in the word.
