Except I don't like his version of Genesis and his Beast looks like apeBeast mixed with catBeast. I'd like to see that become a plot point (should Beast be like Beast Boy? was Sage's jumpstart actually giving him the secondary mutation to change his phenotype on command?). lol

Okay, sounds cool. Aaron has me interested. Henry taking on Sabretooth in space and being an all around badass, nice. As for this impending Avengers versus X-Men fight, I don't see why either side has to fight over this stuff. Wouldn't the fact that the Phoenix Force is B-lining its way to Earth be more of a unifying force than something to fight about? Even with Hope involved, the rational, and intelligent decision would be to unite, prepare, and educate Hope about all things Phoenix Force.
Fighting about this just smacks of rehashing past crossovers and decrompressing a story that could be told in fewer issues with triple the philosophical and social contextual undertones. Fighting is so 1990s.Her oral cavity is OMEGA LEVEL. -Chase_Stein

Well, there it is at last, a confirmation as of why the Whole Phoenix backstory/history will not be involved in Avengers vs X-men.
They could have at least let Rachel Grey have a cameo moment in stating her history with the Phoenix.
