Animal Man. I have no interested in reading about a 4-year old, and all the parental whining that goes with it.

Barbara Gordon - It's fixable with a better writer (sorry Gail :()
    Hawkman - doomed
Firestorm - no hope in fixing this mess
Green Arrow - no history, not interested
Mr not-so-Terrific - did you know he's black? if not, you didn't read his dialog in the first three issues
    Captain ManhAtom
Wonder Woman - she lies, she pimps out goddesses, needs help from men all the time and she doesn't do much but order tomatoes for breakfast (she may be full, but i'm action starved reading her series)

Starfire - already covered by others
Arsenal - while I wasn't a fan of what Cry For Justice did, making him an also-ran with Jason Effing Todd of all people is just pathetic.
Red Robin - Tim Drake is now second best to all the other former Robins in just about any aspect. No leadership talent, no real forethought, just cookie-cutter good guy there to make SB look so much cooler.
    Wonder Girl - boring
Kid Flash - formulaic and boring
Superboy - devoid of depth and interest. Can somehow whoop the entire TT, without breaking a sweat, but gets tossed like biscuit by someone who wasn't even a match for Red Robin before the reboot. Phoned-in wangst, and far too OPed.
Yes, I hate everything [REDACTED BY ORDER OF CBR] has written.

I don't like that Tempest is missing, but other than that. I like everyone, characters change - I can deal with it.

Re-designs I don't like as opposed to the pre-Flashpoint versions:

    - Nightwing (really miss the blue, -sad face-)
    - Deathstroke (too much armor)

    This.

    So much.

Blue was always his color. And the red just looks corny on him. (And with Red Robin and Red hood, it's to much red...)

Looking at the Batman and Robin #10 cover, I think they're purposefully putting all the Robins and ex-Robins in the same color scheme.

I don't care for Firestorm currently but always liked the guy previously. Both versions. But having just read volume one of Brightest Day, I see the change I thought was due to the new 52 actually happened earlier. I used to dispise Hal Jordan but like him better now but again, that seems to have happened previously to the new 52.

Character that IMHO have improved in the DCnU:
-Aquaman, Katana, Supergirl, Captain Atom, J'onn, Wonder Woman(so far at least), Vandal Savage, Etrigan.

Characters that IMHO have become worse in the DCnU:
-Starfire, Suicide Squad, Teen Titans, Etta Candy, Green Arrow, Hawkman, Zatanna, Mr. T, Midknighter, Apollo, Firestorm, Static, Batgirl.
Best DC: Animal Man, Wonder Woman, Batman.
    Best Marvel: Daredevil.
Best Independent: Walking Dead, Saga, Mind a Gap.

In JL, he's more of a smartass (which is pretty much Hal). There's a big difference. I love the Flash/GL chemistry in JL. In GL, it's not a whiny tag-along. He's a kidnap victim and hasn't whined once.

    Conversely:
The current Wonder Woman and seemingly Billy Batson are the first times I've ever really liked them (Lynda Carter excepted).

Have we seen more than a few panels with Etta Candy in Justice League 7?

Can you really judge if she 's "worse" based on that yet?

It is true I feel no connection to Wonder Woman in the comics, but that was true long before the reboot. She is violent and angry, but that was the case for quite some time in the previous DCU (the violence part especially).

As for the lasso, if it weren't a part of the character's history since the beginning I'd say it's too goofy to exist. Sadly, it is and will continue to be. Same with the tiara. The themes of a "warrior for peace" (also a bit goofy, and largely ignored in most Wonder Woman comics I've read) and empowerment for the disenfranchised haven't been touched on, but it's only 7 issues in. And again, keep in mind that I've never cared for Wonder Woman in the past so I'm looking at this comic from that perspective (when you are emotionally tied to a character any change is going to be hard to deal with). Out of curiosity, what did you find challenging in the past that you'd like to see added to this book?

Agreed regarding Suicide Squad & any members of The Authority. Far worse.

Considering that before she was a supporting character that was obese in a world of swimsuit models and now she what? Every bit as average as any other support character out there. The most unique things about her(her friendship with WW and her less then cheesecake figure) are gone, yes she's worse.

    Talk about harsh
Well, it's my honest opinion. Both the Teen Titans and Suicide Squad are generic, written for cheap shock, and stripped of all the most unique traits that those characters had before. And, of course the fact that their redesigns are Youngblood/Spawn inspired doesn't help either. Hawkman, Green Arrow, Mr. T, Static are such a wreck that even DC did something about it(it might not have been the best option, but...). As for Zatanna, Midknighter and Apollo, a change in writing approach is essential for these characters(A cherry Midknighter, angsty Apollo and a convoluted Zatanna). Firestorm is a mess of characterization, plot and premise right now. Batgirl is, to me, a regression. Would you be interested in Dick Grayson going back to being a Robin? Probably not.
And for what i read from other posts, I'm not the only one. Starfire(or should it be Sexfire) is a whole new character, DC just refuses to admit it.
