The Newsarama coverage expanded a bit on the Multiversity, while there are 3 chapters currently being illustrated, they're looking to eight in total, and won't schedule them until they've got most in the bag. They're "hoping" 2012 at this point.

Wonder if President Superman will still be in it. If so, maybe Action #9 is a teaser of sorts for Multiversity.

I'm not sure but i think Morrison confirmed that President Superman would be one of the main characters of Multiversity.

Yeah the Action Comics issue is meant to be a tie-in/teaser, not a replacement.

    Whatever.

Lee then moved onto the new DC Comics website, saying that fans will see a lot more of the new DC logo, which looks “really cool when it’s animated!” said Lee.
    The new logo horrible.
    Who's there?

I know he said that but plans do change. Lobdell has changed his mind with Crux, and DC has changed plans multiple times when it comes to Marvel Family, Batgirl, or Wonder Woman's pants

I think it's also a fair point that over the years, Morrison has mentioned at least or more than eight issues. I wouldn't be surprised if the President Superman issue was a cut issue from Multiversity, or adapted from one. That doesn't mean it can't tie in to Action and/or Multiversity, though.

It seems like Keith Giffen is already doing the art for another book, that made the whole interview worth it.
Comic Books are fun, Comic Book fans not so much.

Frank Quitely is doing 'Pax Americana' (the Charlton characters version of 'Watchmen'), Cameron Stewart was in line to do 'Thunderworld' (Captain Marvel on Earth 5), and Frazer Irving was to do a book as well.

“Ok, what happened in ‘Black Ops’ number four, page eight?” Lee jokingly grilled the fan as the audience laughed.
Since DC does not actually publish a comic called "Black Ops," what are the odds that Lee actually said "Blackhawks"?
