What are you most hoping to see in Jeff Parker's DARK AVENGERS?

With the (AWESOME) news that Jeff Parker will lead the Thunderbolts into a new age as the Dark Avengers; what are you most hoping to see? What villains do you want to return? Who do you want to remain from the current Thunderbolts roster?

I really want Songbird, Ghost and Man-Thing to stay. Preferably Troll and Mach-V as well, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

With Parker still writing, I'm hoping we'll get a similar atmosphere to what we've had with him so far - lots of short, fun arcs. I couldn't care any less about the cast of the Dark Avengers, so Parker will have to win me over with them. Of course, I have total faith in his ability to do that.

Somehow, there's no option for Mr Dark Avengers himself, Norman Osborn, so I had to pick "complete cast change". I want my Dark Avengers to be a villain book, not an "ex-villains looking for redemption" book, and most of the old Thunderbolts have changed too much to be full-on villain again, and most of the newer ones, and the new Dark Avengers, for that matter, aren't really big enough characters to sell a book. We need to get some bigger names in there. Daken and Mac Gargan aren't dooing anything right now, so let's get them back, fix up Ragnarok, and make sure that Norman is headlining the series.

I'm going to cut any "we're bored of Norman" response off at the knees right now. If you're bored of Norman, you are bored with life.

i want to see a team of prisoners based on Raft taking on the most dangerous threats out there, led by John Walker and Luke Cage.

i'm hoping the roster includes most Thunderbolts circa #144. out of current Dark Avengers maybe Superia. from Underbolts only Shocker.

i also want Kev Walker to stay on as main artist. if that's not possible get someone like Paul Pelletier.

i do not want to see anything to do with time travel ever again.

i want the team to fight both Zemo and Norman Osborn at some point.

I want Centurious to stick around, especially if it's as a thorn in Zemo's side. He's been my favorite part of Parker's run.

I'd like it to stay similar to what it was before this time-travel arc. Keep Ghost and Moonstone at all costs. If they brought Sentry back (which I doubt), it'd kill any interest I have in the book.

I want them not to capitalize on the upcoming Avengers movie by renaming all of their titles "blank-Avengers" or "Avengers-blank" and restarting them at #1. That being said, I've loved this title since it started with Busiek, Bagley, and the Masters of Evil and I love the current creative team so I'll buy it if it's called "Wolverine and the Dark Avengers". More Shocker please, also.

The current cast blows. And the Underbolts lineup blows even harder. I mean insanely hard. Kill all of them off except for Shocker for all I care. That troll freak should be 'fridged, too. If I could, I would keep Ghost, Songbird, Moonstone, Zemo, resurrect Sentry, and have Zemo lead. Oh, and Molecule Man resurrected. Their first mission? Promptly murder Daken. Have Molecule Man or Sentry rip him in half and throw him into the sun!!

And no Sentry. If I hear one more time about how we're all supposed to love and adore the Golden Man, I'll scream.

I want to see some team-ups. Put them with a more by-the-book team of Avengers and watch the fur fly. Put them with the Defenders and see if they can run with the wacky and weird.

Then do the exact opposite and strand them somewhere so they have to rely on each other, and see if they either destroy each other or become the world's tightest, most dysfunctional family.

They haven't tried putting Norman in a hat yet. That has potential.
