"Live and Let Die" is my favorite Bond film and this theme has a lot to do with it.
"Dead Presidents" spawned two soundtracks, both of them loaded with vintage Soul classics.
"Boogie Nights" had two too and it's great for a musical history lesson.
"Pimps Player and Private Eyes" has most of the Blaxploitation songs from the 70's including "Theme from Shaft" by Isaac Hayes, "Across 110th Street" by Bobby Womack, "Trouble Man" by Marvin Gaye, "I Choose You" by Willie Hutch and "Pusherman" by Curtis Mayfield. It's a mainstay of my collection.

"New Jack City" is intrinsically linked to it's soundtrack as much as any other "hood flick" in existence. It encapsulates the time period perfectly.
