I read One More Day and Mephisto specifically said that taking the soul of someone who sacrificed their soul for the sake of another are immune from torment in Hell.

Though to be fair, I'm not sure how he's supposed to beat the combined might of Collosus + Juggernaut in a straight up fight. But then, he wouldn't engage him in a straight up fight, I don't think, he'd retreat and find a way that he can hurt him, then come back.

Since Spidey is on the team that is the aggressor there Him backing of means a win for Colossus since that is his sides goal. if he can't get past Colossus Spidey can't kidnap Hope
