Having just read it, it's definitely not motion comics. The big difference I'm getting with what Waid is doing and the traditional comic book is pacing. I like it though.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!

I'm just not that interested by it. They had Powers for free on Newsarama and I did not bother reading it. For me the net is for discussion mostly and not reading.
