Odds are it won't last two years unless more recognizable talent comes aboard. Swamp Thing and Animal Man are only doing well because Snyder and Lemire took over books that a lot of people read and did a respectable job. They had the momentum going into the New 52 and it is the only reason those two books are doing somewhat well off.

Personally, I would LOVE to hear what DC's next course of action is when it comes to minority led titles, after all of them got low sales except Batwoman.

This please. I'm really surprised Geoff Johns would let Hawkman go wayside like this when he had a really great run himself on the book. Not saying he should write it, but you would think DC would care more about his ongoing.

I say it's commendable that these two were transformed into writers that are capable of carrying lesser known books.

1. The whole point of this book is that it's Miéville writing.

2. Miéville is actually way more famous and successful than either Snyder or Lemire, unfortunately not to comics fans, though, so I guess you have kind of a point.

I really really hope it does well though. Hearing he has three years planned has me excited, but it also has me worrying that I won't get to see those three years come into fruition.

With Green Arrow only making a cameo in Justice league, and Firestorm looking like He's not going to join, I'm wondering if we're ever going to see Lady Luck and Element Woman.

A young woman dressed at Batgirl asked about Cassandra Cain and Stephanie Brown, and while none of the panel could offer a definitive answer, Snyder offered a quick response. "We have characters coming up, there's going to be a young woman who plays a very big part in some things soon," said Snyder.

I guess they've realized the ******** line about "plans" was overdone and now they are just not saying anything at all.

Like Let's Kill said, the book should probably sell well in trades that hit the bookstores. Hopefully that will let the book carry on.
