Short answer: Manga losely inspired by Arabian Nights. Aladdin and Alibaba become friends and have magical adventures! Also, Sinbad the Sailor is in it, and he is awesome.
Long answer: What starts out as a story about magical dungeons and genies soon take a turn for a somewhat more complicated power struggle as a mighty empire tries to expand its influence into other smaller kingdoms, all while within a shady secret society conspires to plunge the world into darkness for their own mysterious purposes. There's a lot of politics and economy stuff going on, but there's still a ton of awesome fighting and magic. Meanwhile the hero is trying to discover his true identity and the nature of his mysterious powers. Also, Sinbad the Sailor is in it, and he is awesome.

I like Aladdin.
I like genies.
It's not necessarily a deal breaker, but I do appreciate the heads up.
I'm generally not a big fan of politics in real life but.... the one politically based manga I did read I enjoyed immensely(granted, it had action in it, but still) so..... 1 out of 1 ain't bad.
I'M IN!!!!!
I see.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. - John 3:16
I read through this because I had some free time.
It's pretty good. I'm not all that engaged by the characters yet, but the story is still very much in its infancy. However the world and magic systems are quite interesting and the art is pretty good. Morgiana is probably by favourite character so far but even then I'm still a little "Eh," on her.
I'm still pretty bummed that spoilers:end of spoilers
Ugo had to die. He was kind of awesome for a big headless muscle-bound genie.

Well, hello there Prince Zuko.
The dreams and ideas of free men are as an army of shadows, and as impossible to strike down...

So apparently in this setting giant buildings full of treasure just popped up out of nowhere?
... awesome.
So, last night I decided to read a chapter to see what the fuss was about.
83 chapters later, I can see why it's awesome.

This manga is awesome.
I really like this new arc, Sinbad was really in a pinch for a moment here.
"I checked the abandoned warehouse, only to find it abandoned..."
For an accusation of rape, that whole ordeal was pretty funny. Poor Sinbad, even his closest liutenants wouldn't side with him.
Also, I'm starting to like the princess. I expected her to be the "bad princess" and Hakuei being a good one, but there's something kinda endearing about Kougyouku as well.

You know, chapter 87 really kinda made me realize just how far Alibaba has come. Seriously, he has had one hell of a character arc so far.
Also, seems like the gang is finally going dungeon diving again. Hell yes.

Hyakuryu is fast becoming my favourite character.
