Josie DeCarlo, wife of legendary Archie cartoonist Dan DeCarlo and inspiration for his character Josie in both her pre and post-Pussycat career, has passed away.

Here's hoping the upcoming Valarie marries Archie storyline arc pays a tribute or two to this wonderful couple.
Because in a way, they deserve that much from the company.
