    This felt like the Shadow movie, except less cheesy. I wish we could get something more inline with the classic Shadow.

    Lifelong listener of The Shadow radio show and I've followed Shadow comics since DC Chaykin 84 or so.

    I loved it. Certainly a re-imagining of some aspects of the character, but it really felt like literature more than a "comic book" as a derogatory term (not that that's how I think). I did end up with the Alex Ross cover which I thought far and away was the worst of the bunch. Ah well, no big deal.

    Can't wait for the future issues.
