I read the article, and frankly, it changes nothing even if true (and with Fox, that's always a big if). Zimmerman approached a kid while armed against police advice, convinced that said kid was a criminal. I'd have attacked Zimmerman too

The past is prelude to the future. Fox has a habit of not doing legwork on basic stories, so either they know what they are reporting is wrong, or they don't care.

I'd be willing to bet that Fox, who's largely ignored this story up until now, hasn't bothered to vet this witness. All Fox cares about is ratings (to be kind).

Regardless of him being attacked and the boy defending himself from a man whom is approaching him starting mess. It is still bullshit for you use your gun. Anyway Ive decided to wear my hoodie, got me a bag of skittles and Arizona ice tea as I was walking in the rain today to get my haircut. As soon as I stepped in they were joking with me saying "you cant wear that" but then it got serious the very next second at the barbershop. I could be wrong but alot of people were wearing hoodies today. Maybe it was coincidental or maybe it was just raining. Well I know for a fact what I was doing.

Here's a fun thing that makes the world feel both more and less racist simultaneously -- let's be honest, if it were just black people getting outraged (because it's not minority community we're talking about, it's black community), nothing would be getting done. It's because it's outraged damn near everyone not a raging fucking asshole that maybe there will be some justice.

Trayvon Martin case: New Black Panthers offer $10,000 bounty for capture of George Zimmerman


SANFORD — Members of the New Black Panther Party are offering a $10,000 reward for the "capture" of George Zimmerman, leader Mikhail Muhammad announced during a protest in Sanford today.

When asked whether he was inciting violence, Muhammad replied defiantly saying: "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth."

The bounty announcement came moments after members of the group called for the mobilization of 5,000 black men to capture George Zimmerman, the Neighborhood Watch volunteer who shot Trayvon Martin last month.

Muhammad said members of his group would search for Zimmerman themselves in Maitland and Jacksonville -- where the 28-year old worked before the shooting, employees there told the Orlando Sentinel. But he declined to say when they will begin their hunt.

This is not what Trayvon's family would have wanted.

Here's a fun thing that makes the world feel both more and less racist simultaneously -- let's be honest, if it were just black people getting outraged (because it's not minority community we're talking about, it's black community), nothing would be getting done. It's because it's outraged damn near everyone not a raging fucking asshole that maybe there will be some justice.

Initially it was just the Black community upset about it though. Keep in mind this all went down a month ago. The reason it started getting more mainstream attention was because various black journalists started working hard to get others involved.

The one positive to come from all this is that it's bringing attention to other cases where unarmed black men were shot to death.

No they haven't, they've actually covered the story far less than any other news network.

Nancy Grace's self righteous hateful ass hasn't had anything to say about it either.
