I'm still working on my page of Washout's story... but once I get through that, I'll color anything anybody sends me, if that helps.

I did a quick sketch of my assigned page and I wanted to get it approved before I started working on it.

Notes:
-Waaaaay more than four panels to try and capture as many of the descriptions as possible.
-Final design will not be on lined paper
-Final design isn't going to this sketchy/crappy art... marginally *shifty eyes* *coughs*
-Final design won't have superimposed text. Added to make identifying easier.
-Haven't seen the most recent design of Tabitha. went with memory
-Gomi ~ same as Tabitha. Based on description.
-Ariel is based on Second Coming

This has definitely been much harder than I expected. I'm used to just illustrating characters (though I'm woefully out of practice), but to actually tell a story was not a walk in the park.

I've finally got a page that I like though, and I learned a few lessons on the way too.

Yeah, it's one thing to draw characters. It's another thing to draw them in a convincing pose and composite the shot nicely within whatever sized panel you gave yourself. At least with Television and film storyboarding the panels are all the same size.

That's a good start Blu Berri but you must remember that your page is only one of four, so it is imperative to find the most recent designs for the characters so that there is a sense of continuity between your page and the others! Can't wait to see the final piece!

Yeah, this project is definitely more intense that the X-Jam.

I have to agree with BrotherUnit and Personamanx, this is more difficult than standard pin-ups. I was half tempted to 'Land-ize' my page just to save time. :p

There are some sketchy parts, and I would like to change some panels completely, but overall it turned okay.
I tried lettering both pages but they end up looking terrible everytime, does someone would like to help me there?

I'm taking a shot at lettering page 1 in the next few days, we'll see how it comes out. If I fail miserably I'll see if I can wrangle somebody up.
