Make Me an X-Vignette I: The Brave and the Bold Artist Sign Up Thread!

Here's the deal, instead of another X-Jam we're going to try something completely different, a series of vignettes! As defined, a vignette is a short impressionistic scene that focuses on one moment or gives a trenchant impression about a character, an idea, or a setting and sometimes an object, so we're going to adapt this to the comic book medium! However, instead of letting Marvel dictate the fate of our favorite characters, we're going to take ahold of it. Every artist who chooses to participate will not only get the thrilling opportunity to work with one of ten writers selected to help make a vision come to life but also the ability to have some fun while you're doing it!

This won't be an easy process as for this to be truly successful we'll need every page to be illustrated, meaning that if you have any interest in partaking PLEASE do it! We don't care if you are best illustrator since Norman Rockwell or struggling to create a decent stick figure, the point of this venture is to combine all of our aesthetic differences into one big x-forum lovechild! If you do want to sign up here is a simple run down of how to go about this!

*Note - If you still want to participate but aren't so confident in your drawing skills there are other opportunities for you, we will need inkers, colors, and letterists as well! Everyone has something they can offer to this project!

March 9th - Ongoing
During this period any poster wanting to participate as an artists will be allowed to sign up! Posters will not be able to choose which Vignette they get to work on, instead they will pick a number 1-41 that will coincide with a certain page from one of the selected scripts. After being given a page you will get to work with one of our lovely writers to create one cohesive vignette. It is encouraged to work in groups if you time management is an issue for you - enlisting more than one artist to help complete the work before the deadline. There are a few simple rules that one must abide by to be able to participate.
1. Posters must choose a number 1-41, I will then post the page of the script that they will be working on.
2. The poster will then get the opportunity to work with their writer and other artists to create a cohesive storyline.
3. The artist is responsible for creating a finished piece - whether that means grayscale, digital art, or otherwise - the artist is allowed to do whatever is necessary to finish their piece on time (as long as the writer is alright with it). In order for a piece to be accepted you must have the ability to post the finished piece on this thread!
4. All entries should be a uniform size of 771 x 1023 pixels when uploading.
5. On [Date Pending], the artists will need to upload their piece and post in on this thread before 11:59 pm CST.

Yeah if an artist finishes a piece they can continue to pick up as many pages as they want.
I don't think we will have huge turn out for this so I'm not putting a cap on it.
