just got to play GR. His moves are interesting. He gives a Sin Debuff to other characters that makes his attacks stronger and beat down defenses. Also one of his attacks ignores defenses. He uses the bike for two of them.

As much as I want to get started on this new Special Ops right away, I've now since learned my lesson - best to wait a few hours until the official task-by-task breakdown comes out on the Playdom forums so you don't waste any ISO or take the wrong path through the event.

I wonder if this is an indication that Special Ops are about to become a roughly once-a-month habit. If so - wow - I really admire the tenacity of their business model! Of course comic book fans will come back every month to play a new story. They're TRAINED to do that.

It's probably going to be a few hours till we know. As far as mission 1 goes (Which won't likely be needed to get GR but increase your points), it's Dr. Strange and Mr. Fantastic.

Task 2 - Defeat 3 demons
Task 3 - Defeat a mini boss
Task 4 - Clear Chapter 1
Task 5 - Use Ghost Rider's lvl1 attack 3 times

(You cannot progress to chapter 2 until you have complete 8 tasks, so simply playing through Chapter 1 is safe for now)

What the hell... I go, take an exam, and when I get back to Marvel, a new spec Ops is opened! Didn't see this coming, but oh well... Ghost Rider shall be mine, just like Magik is now!

Don't have either, but doesn't look like they're required yet. I think Strange probably will be later, and I was thinking of getting him anyways.

I used Dr. Strange for the "any hero" deploy, but I should have him back in time for his specific one. However, I don't have Mr. Fantastic.

So, the game is either on maintenance, or when I actually did get one battle finished, it immediately forced me to refresh.
