Damage over time effects are your friend. Take advantage of Tigra's bleeding if you can, otherwise if you have someone else like Black Panther or Iron Patriot for the Bleed or Radiation. If you stick with another Infiltrator go with Swashbuckler Nightcrawler, or Black Cat's Claws outfit.
Hit him with Mystical Munitions, Chaotic Grenades, or Cripplers.

Bleeding is a no go. His passive shortens bleeding to one turn.
But yeah Mystical Munitions are the easiest way to beat him.Currently Reading:
