I finally got my first spec ops hero, Emma Frost. I decided to get her Tactician Phoenix outfit since it was cheapest. I wonder when the other Phoenix outfits will return.

That's super-cool! I wonder if we'll get the original-flavor Magik costume when they re-release her for sale, or if they'll make us wait for some sort of "Throw-back X-Men" month where they also debut Scott's 90s costume and other oldies.

I'm holding on to my Gold in case Soulfire Blade comes back. I'd be tempted to buy Emma's Infiltrator costume except that it looks like Psychic attacks won't be safe much longer.

There are really only two ways to farm CP any more:
- Systematically Five-Star your missions
- Replay an Epic Boss mission repeatedly

Any Epic Boss mission will do, but some of them are more Energy-Efficient while others are better for XP gain. Unless you have all of the heroes, your choice will likely be driven by which mission you have the right deploys for.

A normal boss's roulette has a 1:3 chance to drop an average of 3CP from a 1/3/5 draw. An epic boss's roulette has a 1:3 chance to drop an average of 6CP from an 3/5/10 draw.

Fought a few people using Barrowguard and it does seem good, but not much more useful than Odin's Cane, really. Certainly not worth 64 gold in my opinion.

Thanks for the review... I was thinking I would pass on it. The other items from the set don't seem too great (Hoarfrost Mace is useful in PvP only for its protect ability). Seems (like the demon set) that you need to sink the time/gold into getting the rarest item (in this case Roar of the North) to unlock the power of the full set, but I refuse to get sucked into spending gold on re-spins.
