Wolverine is in training to Level 12. That'll be the 3rd hero up to 12 in a week and a half (after Luke Cage and Gambit). Also working on the second Research task.

I have a feeling this new weapon which offers resistance to death from Damage over Time effects is going to be very popular in PvP and put a lot of Ghost Riders and Doctors Strange out of business.

So I started Captain America on my first character towards level 12. Feel like I might up Mockingbird up to 12 next just because I do seem to have good luck using them both in PvP when I need to gain rank quickly. Not sure who I want to work on yet after that.

Still 13 some hours left on the research for Laufey's Needle, so likely going to just spam flight ops for silver here for awhile. I don't foresee much of a issue getting Valkyrie at this rate. I steam rolled over the Epic Boss Destroyer in two rounds with no trouble. Hell of a difference compared to Dormammu with Spec Ops 4. Not sure how the Loki fight is yet.

Anyone want to weigh in on Sif's modern look? Is it worth the CPs just to guarantee critical hits for 3 rounds?

I think it's funny that she is a scrapper by default, but to get her scrapper upgrade costs more than her bruiser class switch.

Yes, if you like vanilla damage. Most Infiltrator goons are gone within a turn. She's personally my 3rd favourite Scrapper (after GR and Magik), though admittedly she doesn't have much team value-add or synergy. She can't heal like Iron Fist (although I'd rather just use health packs), or apply fancy debuffs like the SO Scrappers. Buy her if you are using her for quick or chiefly Infiltrator fights (since that's the chief purpose of her alt), but for longer battles Ghost Rider is better.

(For devastating damage, you might also want to consider Scrapper Claws Black Cat instead, although Sif is sturdier and of better help against non-bleeding targets.)

No problem. Yeah it's true, you could easily achieve the same effect with Penetrating Strike, Inspire Bravery or Gamma Gadget. :P

We are finally getting some decent Bruisers.....I just got the Thor Alt with it's two time MOM from the start, got Hercules up to 12 just from loving to play him so much...and now Valkyrie!

Status update for my guys. Things are looking good if I do say so myself. Almost all the level 11's are waiting to go to 12 and Wolverine and useless Kitty Pryde were bought yesterday and haven't been used yet. My CP count has really gone down with them and Mockingbird

Kitty Pryde is actually great if you get her scrapper alt! I swear, 'tis no lie!

No overly impressed by the look of Valkyrie having used her in the mini-boss missions. I mean, she's okay, but I'm not rushing to complete Spec Ops to get her. What happened to the Vision??

Shadowcat alt uniform doesnt look so bad, so I might grab that when I eventually come to train her.

Flight missions, over and over and over again. Plus selling pretty much all my items.

I'm currently collecting Iso-8's to upgrade Odin's Staff. I think I will get Valkyrie this week! Yay! :)

Idea behind Valkyrie is a team that never dies. Use her level 2 on enemies to damage them and then when they dies she gains 25% of health back. When allies are low, use her level 6 so when they die they come back with 25% life and she gains 25% life. She is just about constantly surviving and use her level to finish off low health enemies. A more defensive champion.
