At present I'm only on chapter 4, and I've only got 8 heroes...But I'm level 68 and the movie costumes are amazzzzzzing. I don't like how they lo0ok so much, but the coordinated attack/cooperative defence is killer in PVP. Cap or Thor next though, anyone got any views on who is better?

I think Cap and Thor are about equal, though Cap has some nice perks, like high 'initiative' (to use the D&D term) -- he almost always gets the first attack. Thor will unlock the premium mission in Chapter 8, while Cap doesn't seem to have a premium mission.

Doctor Strange is away on his planned "How to be a Better Sorcerer Supreme" seminar and won't be back until tomorrow morning. I keep looking at the alternate costumes but I don't see any I really like. I can just afford Kitty's scrapper alt -- is it worth it?

i hear ya...as an RPG enthusiast, i'm used to grinding (farming) - but it does take its toll after a while.

so anyway, i'm at level 87. Storm/Hulk (lvl10) - IronMan/BlackWidow/Hawkeye/Colossus/Cyclops/IronFist/MsMarvel/SheHulk/Wolverine (lvl9) - Kitty/Phoenix (lvl8) - DocStrange (lvl5)

saving up for Spider-Man or if someone new comes along...

Maybe stop farming then and just play the game? I'm doing more PvP than missions now as I'm blowing through my energy way too fast & get the Challenge Points easier from city visits.

I've been working on getting 5 stars on all the missions. I find Command Points come pretty quickly when you're not worried about them -- between boss roulettes and the occasional random drop they build up pretty fast. Plus you always get 5 CP for getting the fifth star on a mission.

CP are also what I usually buy with my Gold

This is great advice. I have all heroes, but I spent about $40 on this game. Since I recruited them all I've been 5 staring missions. In about five days worth of doing this, I've accumulated 135 CP.

Not sure exactly what you're meaning there. My PvP set up is Agent, Kitty Pryde & either Daredevil or Hawkeye.

He's talking about higher levels since its the same characters when you fight them in pvp.

This is great advice. I have all heroes, but I spent about $40 on this game. Since I recruited them all I've been 5 staring missions. In about five days worth of doing this, I've accumulated 135 CP.

I get it; I'm making the game less fun but I really want all of the heroes without spending actual money. In the beginning I just went for 5-starring missions but the CP income wasn't as much as I'm getting from epic boss farming.

I know I can do pvp but I don't find it fun. The main appeal of this game for me is being able to put together a team of heroes. Thus, I would like every character so I can have fun with them all/build various teams.

I have only bought 2 alternate costumes so far... Ms. Marvel's (no change in class, I like her as a blaster) and Kitty's. Scrapper Kitty is awesome.

The only alt costume I've bought is Black Widow's Movie Tactician costume - Co-ordinated Attack was well worth it, but comes with any movie Avenger so take your pick.
