So I kept getting a combat validation error when fighting the Hood's gang in chapter 8.

I've already completed the mastery of all available chapters and was playing to get Emma levelled up.

This happened 4 times in a row - so I removed skullripper from my fourth slot and low and behold - no problems.

Just figured I'd give everyone a heads up so no one loses ISO/energy like that.

What level would you recommend before going after Emma? I'm at like Level 25. Is it possible to get through at that level?

The special ops is set to your level. Since you are level 25 - then that's the level it will play at (mine was level 109 when I started).

Just make sure you have allies that are stronger than you and when you call for help - they'll do some nice damage for you.

I blame this phenomenon for why I haven't gotten Emma yet. This happened in boss battles a few times for me. so you lose the Iso and what ever gear you spent... and it also effects your score at the end right? Because it counts as a loss?

It counts as if you didn't finish the match (as in, quit or refreshed the page before the final screen came up). So it counts as a loss but not as a defeat, if that makes any sense. If you played the match through, got defeated, and got the experience from the defeat it would count toward the objective, but if you just leave halfway through, it counts as a loss, no experience bonus, no Emma, and you won't get your Iso or Energy back. I think it's designed to discourage ragequitters.

I got that on the Mystique battle while using Mindkiller, so I think it's a glitch. I disarmed Mindkiller, played it again, and didn't get that error.

I think that may be the case with all the weapons won during the Emma game - I've heard of this glitch with the Rook and it happened to me with the Skullripper so it may be best to avoid using those items to avoid the cve error

Ya know, Rogue has been "coming out" for a while now...

This endless wait is typical of Playdumb. I don't mind farming CP on 1.1 & 1.2 and training Emma (now on 8) in the meantime.

Does Emma become playable already in the second mission of the special op.
Cause I finished the first one and it says: next objective use Emma Frost?
From when on can you keep her?

Go into a boss fight where you team up with her. Redo mission 1 and fight Avalanche.

Two questions:

1) Who is the worst hero people have so far recruited? I have to go for Colossus. Got him up to level 9 now and he is just s**te; really bad. No evasion, so stamina, decent enough defense but easily obliterated by even a low level blaster. I've heard bad things about The Thing, but I've yet to (and maybe never will) acquire him. My second least favourite, thus far, would probably be War Machine. His level 1 attack is his best move, which speaks volumes. Who does everyone else hate?

2) Which mission is peoples' favourite to replay? I'm a fan of both the War Machine and the Wolverine premium missions. The Sabertooth/Blob/Toad boss fight is one of the few fights that I actually find challenging now, so it's fun to replay.

1) Nightcrawler, Thing, and Mr. Fantastic. Those three are just outright BAD. Especially Nightcrawler. War Machine is REALLY good at damage, but he runs out of stamina fast.

2) Eh, I kinda just do the missions to complete.
