Remember when Archangel (all apocy evil'd up) took on Bullseye. it'll be that anti-climatic.
This Angel can bring back the dead, is going to suck if he gets taken out with an arrow or two.
Angel better destroy him but in the end of the fight I can see Angel healing him.

The writers better remember the stuff Storm can do. If she puts up a damn good fight while still holding back, not wanting to hurt the man she loved, the writers can make BP win, have it make sense, and I'll still be relatively happy...or at least not NERDRAGEY like I was with that Storm vs. Valkyrie embarrassment. ('Ro? Darlin'? it's called a 'downdraft'. Learn how to use it.)
I don't recommend picking up that issue then. You should know Marvel is investing a lot in Hawkeye over the last two years primarily because of the movie. If he shows up on the cover he is going to win.
As a point of reference, in the last Ghost Rider series, Hawkeye beat the female Ghost Rider, who admittedly was a rookie but the fact that he won in one issue tells you all you need to know.
Angel has two giant targets sticking out either side of his shoulderblades. Harpoon proved that pretty conclusively in the Morlock Massacre. I doubt Hawkeye's a worse shot than Harpoon.
I wouldn't call this a fair fight.
