This is what is supposed to have happened, but in AVX 3 you clearly see Wolverine is already in Avengers tower when he contacts Rachel at the Jean Grey school. And Rachel was already in contact with Cyclops.
And after these events the Bullies She hulk and falcon and Moonknight show up at the Jean grey school.

Wolverine left the Avengers Tower to gather his X-Men to join the Avengers. He then returned to the Avengers Tower empty handed.

Cyclops was already working with Rachel. She defected before Cyclops even showed up at the school. She was recruiting Iceman at the begining of the issue. Once Iceman decided to join her, they both talked to the remaining staff (as see in X-Men Legacy) before telling Wolverine their true allegiance at the end of WatXM 10.

You are right. I realized this while i was typing it. So in other words. there is no continuity error with Wolverine in AVX so far.

I think this is also False due to the Fact that in the end of AvsX3 you can see Rachael is still in the school but she left in WatXM

Lol, I see you like being dogpiled. That is how it is intended to be, and the panels in the different titles are not sequential, meaning some stuff happens between panels and the timeline goes back and forth. There may be some incoherence, because this is not reality and mistakes are bound to happen, but the events are as they told you.
