I think that Spidey should win, regardless of the other outcomes. I do agree that Namor losing to The Thing underwater is ridiclous.

Depends if writers want to do the unexpected. Wolverine siding with the X-Men eventually is expected, even if it is Cyclops.
Mags switching would be a stretch in credibility because he's only ever seen things as "us" and "them". I rather expect Wanda to side with the Avengers at the moment, simply because Hope needs a mutant as powerful as herself to go against (haven't seen much in the way of solicits, so that is just a guess).
If Captain Britain wasn't an indecisive toe-rag who currently has major sibling rivalry issues, I could see him flip-flopping, because of his wife (another Omega) and his history with the X-Men.
T'Challah? Depends on who wears the pants in the marriage. Same with Storm. I can see her being horrified and defecting if Scott or anyone on his team goes too far.

It has been stated that X-Force is staying out of things, but both X-Force members who are also on other teams I can see as siding with the Avengers, as hunting down and killing/controlling out-of-control or dangerous mutants is what the team does.

Isn't that exactly what I'm suggesting. Read it, by all means... but send a message that jobbing needs to stop (i.e. stop paying for it... by putting it back on the shelf). I generally HATE reading something and not paying for it (never done it, myself; out of principle); but this... this is crossing a line. Messages need to be sent. Hopefully "Round 2 Avengers victory" will have a massive SALES decrease (even if everyone reads it). If that makes sense?

I think Wolverine will definitely change sides. It's been hinted at in covers and in solicitations. I think he's eventually going to see that Cyclops's side is the lesser of two evils as more secrets about the Phoenix and Hope are revealed. He's been known to flip flop before, especially in matters relating to the Phoenix. I can definitely see him betraying the Avengers if he senses one of their plans is just too extreme.

Or Cap isn't pleased with his performance and kicks him off the team, causing a "third side" of this crazy situation.

By the end of act one, I think there will be more than two "sides".

At the very least, Iron Fist seems as if he will be on Hope's side, rather than anything else.

I'm sure the X-Men are going to come back and win their fair share. Although, It would suck if Colossus loses against the two powerhouses and then get a win over Spidey. Let him get a win over the big boys. 'Course it would suck even more if Spidey beats him to. Unfortunately, I believe the next couple of weeks are going to look dark for the X-Men.
