The problem is the bad girls don't fall for the hero unless it's part of the plot. A better question for this might be either:

Which villainess would make a good romantic match for Spider-man?

Or looking for opening the options to villainesses who have flirted with Spider-man might make a good girlfriend (if Spider-Man Redeems her, She corrupts him, or one and/or the other operate in a shade of grey; cause this is the only way the relationship works)?

The only character that falls into the category that you described is The Black Cat. It would be interesting to see Mystique on that list as well as Spiral.

That Hostess Ad ran during the Len Wein era, I am pretty sure. I recall it from the first issue of ASM I bought, #175.

I wouldn't really count Black Cat as a villain. At her best she's a hero. At her worst she's an anti-hero. The worst thing she's probably ever done was break her dying father out of prison.
