Everybody but Bendis is using him, gage, brubaker. Even Loeb
Honestly, I think it's fair to call him a side kick because they aren't really equals but that's splitting hairs to me. Call it whatever you want, I think he's just around when Cap asks him to give him a hand.

As far as Bendis not using him on the Avengers... frankly that's the norm. Since his initial run on Avengers (where he left and made it clear he wasn't all that interested in being one), he only really rejoined the team in Geoffs run. Outside of that, he basically just helped out here and there. If you want to criticize Bendis for not using him on the team, then he's got a lot of company (good company quite frankly).

I'm sort of okay with him not being used by Bendis becuse he'd likely only end up shafted like Bucky did. I'm content with Gage but not Loeb

    But than you said this.
The conversation about what Cage did this comic has always been about his stupid repeat game and has never changed.

That's where the simplification came from, because you stated the only he does is this which frankly isn't true.
I ask again, could you please describe what Luke Cage did in the current issue of New Avengers besides cry about his wife and kid and freak out afterwards?

A stupid statement? Really? These are two of the top individuals of their respective company, Tom Breevort as we all know who he is, and Mark Waid as head honcho
of Boom Studios. But I guess the sales analyst that works for them that provides this information are stupid, let alone the fact that one of these individuals is a big wig
of one of the two biggest companies in the industry. No, these are professionals in the field whose primary job is the access the market and plan accordingly. Hell, Mark
Waid admitted himself troubles that he had.
I love how you completely ignored my Ultimate Spider-man stuff. LOVE IT!
And, yeah, it was a stupid statement because if you provide a good backing a black character can sell.. LIKE ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN.

    Oh, but it gets worse.
There is nothing "worst" about that. Dynamite Entertainment mostly puts out licensed stuff and some old public domain characters.
So bringing up an original character which i dont know how much fanfare, looks like little, getting low orders isnt strange.
I guess comic book shops werent tricked by the Ross cover.
I wonder how much of impact this would be if it was some white dude. Pretty sure it would be nothing.

and I can go on and on and on on different publishers, writers, artists all say the same thing. These are professional in the fields TELLING you their experiences with dealing
trying to sell minority books. Not some comic book fan on the internet.
    Keep on going.
But you fail to see the normal pattern here, minority characters get less chances, sure, but when they fail that all of sudden it turns into a big deal because..... there are less chances. But in the overall scheme they should be failing at the same as any other books.
    Again.... ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN.

Again, it's not incorrect. For one, if you look at the quote, no where did it state that YOU thought luke cage should be removed. I said people, you
including yourself in with people is an incorrect assumption on your part because you presume I was talking about you in that statement, when I wasn't.
You only need to look through the thread to see who the people are who says luke cage should be gone.
Dude, i said something about Tyler Perry that then you made an incorrect comparison which i replied that i didnt say X thing for you to reply that way. It was talking about not wanting Luke to appear anymore, you replied with "People arent saying that they dont want Tyler Perry making more movies" Which i replied by saying that i didnt say people dont want Bendis to stop writing.

Of course, but what people are not seeing is by removing said space, you are also removing the last black prominent male in the mu in the process, which has been my point the entire time.
    What you see as prominent.

I'll also take Spider-Man, Luke Cage and Wolverine off place them as reserves and yes to Hood getting a horrible death aside from Ghost Rider I'll place Thanos there giving him the axe or the Guardians of the Galaxy and place him in a cold area of space never to be seen again.

fair enough. put them in a giant blender. then set the jessicaluke shake on fire and launch it into space; preferably during another chaos wave. or reveal them to be skrulls and have the skrull couple ride off into the sunset; only to be shot by 3-D Man.

So I hear Victoria Hand MIGHT be on the KIA coming up in New Avengers "Not Dark Reign" story arc.
Kinda disappointing was hoping for Jones or Hill.

She's alive and well in the NA #24 preview, so apparently not.

You never know, in those previews. Who's to say she won't die in the ending or next issue.

She might still walk. I have a feeling the NA roster is in for a shake-up, especially if Cap is saying "Okay. This thing is coming to destroy the universe. We're going to fight it. Who's with me?"

Personally, I thought she might die at the hands of Norman Osborn or one of the Dark Avengers, but we already know (two weeks in advance!) that everything wraps up without a serious hitch and Luke gets his wife and kid and house back.

    That scheduling is infuriating
Marvel: Defenders, Secret Avengers, Amazing Spider-Man, Uncanny X-Men, Uncanny X-Force, & Wolverine & The X-Men

DC: Action Comics, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Batman, Flash

    *snerk!*

Victoria was the one freaking out the most over the Agamotto debacle. Now that she's done her job as Rogers' double/triple agent, she might ask for a nice safe desk job at S.H.I.E.L.D. (I would.) If she's going to make an exit, this is the time.

    Same with Jessica "Indecisive" Jones.

maybe she'll head up the new Thunderbolts Program (or whatever that devolves into). otherwise, i see her sticking around in the same capacity as Henry Peter Gyrich.

    Kill Them All.
Kurt Busiek Says:"Best Avengers Run, Steve Englehart's run in the 1970s. With Roy Thomas's run that preceded it close behind, and the Conway/Shooter/Michelinie run that followed close behind that
