I have no idea what '10' is where you are.

But basically you go after Cleric. And if Cleric doesn't pick (although it clearly looks like he is), then you can go 2 hours after the previous pick was made.

And when it gets to your turn, regardless of the circumstances in which it gets to you, you have 2 hours.

Oh and because most people are finished, you're now at the bottom of the list and get 2 picks.
