I can't say enough good things about these damn variants. Clever composition, great illustrations, it's seriously one of my favorite images of each of the Sinister Six members. Love the way Spider-Man is held up in the Sandman picture to further draw the sand coming off his body flowing down throughout the cover, and love love LOVE that the Chameleon looks like Jonah with half his face gone, its creepy and its awesome.
Just fantastic stuff.
These covers are fantastic! I will be sure to get each of them. Too bad the covers never actually happen to Spider-Man in the comics themselves![]()

These are tremendous; better even, I think, than the Gauntlet variants when taken on the whole.

these variants are just great. I freaking love them. Hope I can get my hands on them instead of the normals.

.... I still can't take Chameleon seriously as a physical threat. He'd have to have a bunch of gadgets to help him out.. Plus, Spidey does know martial arts now, though I guess that a lot of writers may ignore this..
You don't need to be purely a physical threat to prove to be a danger though. Chameleon is more cerebral and cunning, like a Riddler or Joker even.
