Awesome picture. But what's up with the green drool

Wow....OK, now that is definitely the best Doc Ock portrait since ASM #600 and his "makeover". Just awesome....though I am still hoping for a return to the more classic Ock look post-EOTE.

The Shadow, 2008
Great picture, but I am so sick of Doctor Frogtopus.
MARVEL FIX HIM!!!
Nightcrawler, Jean Grey, Gwen Stacy, Peter Parker, Professor X, Mar-Vell, Richard Rider- Bring Them Back!!!
Looks like Doc Ock is trying to kiss Spidey lol cool picture though.

Sounds awesome. I get the feeling Doc Ock won't come out of this alive.

Now why didn't they put up a cool picture like this for the regular covers releasing in May instead of those boring "Everybody pose for the camera!" thing. This is supposed to be a big earth-shattering event, and we got that random pin-up.
Agreed. The moment the "Doc Ock is dying after years of physical trauma" plot was introduced, the look he currently has is what he should have looked like from the start, as opposed to when he previously resembled a mummy encased in a metallic diaper.. And as for returning to his more classic look after Ends of the Earth, I have an idea as to how that may happen.

Comic relief.
Well, that's where the Rhino would come in handy. After all, he's been having a death wish ever since his wife died. And Doc Ock, in spite of wanting to go out with a bang instead of a whimper, is still trying to find ways to prolong his life. So each has what the other one wants.Well in that case Doc Ock should go through a youth transfusion like the Vulture. Or have his mind transplanted into a more chiseled physique. Rather than the fat/doughy/pudgy one he's been sporting since his debut.![]()
