Those Shadow covers are awesome.
This may be the first series where I chase covers.
The Shadow cover with the crossed guns is the one I'm getting :)
AMan|ASW|Batman|Bats/Supes|Batwoman|DKnights|DialH|GL|SwampThing|Wonder Woman
()(N)(S)(U)Avengers|Cap|DD||Hulk|Thor|XX
Conan|Hellboy|StarWars|EastOfWest|Fatale|Prophet|S aga|A&A|Harbinger|XOManowar
I wonder if any particular cover is a standard or what? Either way I hope my LCS gets the Ryan Sook one, it just screams of class and I love the 'S' incorporated into his scarf!
PULL LIST: ALL-STAR WESTERN - BATWING - THRESHOLD - HAWKEYE - THOR: GOD OF THUNDER - X-MEN: LEGACY - MORBIUS THE LIVING VAMPIRE - FURY: MAX - RED TEAM - PROPHET - 2000AD
I'm already getting lord of the jungle, may have to consider the shadow as well, just love those covers .

Getting the Shadows def and might try Lord of the Jungle.
Tarzan character but not titled Tarzan ? Why ?
Best guess. They didn't want to pay the Burroughs estate for use of the trademark. Several if not all of the Tarzan stories are public domain copyrights. However, the trademark is still active. You can do an adaptation, reprint or otherwise derivative work from the first Tarzan story, but you cannot use the name Tarzan in the title or on the cover without paying for it.
