Am I the only one really depressed that it's Jim Lee's take on everything that gets pushed at the slightest opportunity, these days? There are plenty of takes on Poison Ivy better than his, and yet we're still seeing figures, statuettes, chess pieces and the like based on a story nearly ten years old.

Thank God. I mean, I know it's a thing to claim to have a 'house style' - for Marvel back in the day it was Kirby, of course, but Jim Lee is.. Well, it just feels like everything's got his stamp on it at DC, these days. It's insane, and I don't know how some of the arguably superior artists at DC put up with it just because Lee decided to take some pieces of silver and bail out of Wildstorm for a cushier job.

With Poison Ivy, I'm very happy they're sticking with the green-skinned version, rather than bringing her back to the current (Jim Lee-designed) version with normal skin. If it has to be an old Jim Lee design, then so be it, as long as she still has the look of the Green.
