The demo showed me how long its been since I played, my aim was crap and my running/getting cover reflexes were crap too. I enjoyed the demo though and I got the daggers for Amalur, unfortunately they were beginning level daggers and I'm way past them now. Going to stick them in my stash.

Since I heard there was no sniper rifle for the infiltrator I went engineer and it looks like they want that class to be a melee class as well, with its exploding holo armor and upgrades to duking it out. My aim was so bad that I had an easier time pistol whipping enemies than head shotting them.

What o ther class based changes are noticable?

same here...my timing is for shit....and I played through all of one and two just using a pistol and biotics

I love what I saw so far and it shows how BIG this universe really is as it has been three games and you're just now getting to Earth and seeing Alliance Command....and where were those Cerberus Shock Troops last game? could have used some of them against The Collectors

It mentions the sniper rifle in the class description so I'd say you heard a bogus rumor.

and I get the complaints about DLC....but that is the new business model now and more people will spend money than "boycott"...and any DLC I have bought for Mass Effect has been worth it IMO....Overlord, Stolen Memory, and The Arrival were all solid

Just finished the demo. I wish I hadn't. I'm set on not getting this game till they put it on Steam. I like Steam. Steam and I have worked well together for years, and I hate Origin.

Both items are then tied to your Bioware/EA account (check under http://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php to see if they show up) so you don't need the demo files.
Cheers for that, but I'm playing on the PS3 and I don't think I even have an EA account.

Ah well, I'll just wait til March 6 to delete my KoA demo, I suppose.

Demo felt kinda clunky, hopefully that'll be fixed in the released, or maybe I'm just out of practice. Cover mechanic feels like it'll be good and a solid improvement over the last two games once I've got the feel down. Having all my Mass Effect 1 team mates back for the second missionspoilers:
    except for Tali
end of spoilers felt AWESOME. Krogan female was pretty interesting. Pretty big nut shot for the opening mission. Looking forward to playing the real game.

There's a sniper rifle in the full game itself, but not in the demo. I played through as an Infiltrator expecting to get a sniper rifle but never did.

Shadow Broker was pretty f'ng cool....I also love that about this series, they actually pay things off....in terms of things like the Shadow Broker

when I was done with the first game I wanted a few things out of the sequel...a deeper look at Cerberus, to see the Krogan Homeworld (Tuchanka) and The Migrant fleet....I got all those things

for this game I wanted to see Earth (getting that) and payoff with Legions storyline....I "saved" them in his loyalty mission and they better step up return the favor

the krogan female was not the opening mission was it.

i was under the impression that the mission there was later on down the line in the game, nowere near the beginning.

it is later...the demo even tells you its later in the game

and Krogan females have been a topic of discussion since the first game so it really isn't all that big a surprise

You start the second mission on level 12 in the demo, and you finish on level 15. So considering how quickly you level and how little of the power tree you can fill up by then, I'd say the second mission is relatively early in the game.

And it seems like it's the first time in ME3 that you're fighting that particular group of villains, too.

As for what I want in the game... I want to get back the Quarian homeworld.
    Slayven ftw.
