As I said in the other thread.

I was hoping for one of two things.

    1) Earth Two picking up where the last earth two stuff in the 80s left off at like the IDW transformers and G.I. Joe series.

    2) Start over from starch using the Golden Age versions in the 1930s and 1940s when the age of heroes just starting. (I loved the WWII stuff from project superheroes)

    This however looks stupid.

Why aren't their any WWII era superhero books.

Also now that I think about it maybe putting the milestone guys on earth-1 was a bad idea.

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice... And I like that Superman costume a LOT more than the current re-design.

Cool costumes but this happened way too fast. We're only 6 months in for new readers. And now DC wants to go into Parallel earths.

Whatever, I'm not really interested in reading about alternate universe counterparts of heroes at this point in time. Unless they fix Mr. Terrific or something

Ugh. That makes me want to stay the hell away from anything Earth 2. It's just another Justice League. Also, it torpedoed my pet theory that Power Girl and Huntress were the Superman and Batman of Earth 2.

I'll still get World's Finest, but I won't mind if they never find their way back home...

Okay nvm, FHIZ just hinted that Batman might be Dick Grayson or Damian, in which case I'm totally buying this

Unless I've missed a creator interview that explains in detail what, exactly, Earth-2 is about (and if I have can someone drop a link?), it seems like people are jumping to some pretty broad conclusions about what the totality of the book will be about, based on one cover. (Not really a surprise of course, but still . . .)

No Alan Scott GL, Wildcat, Starman or Jay Garrick Flash? Hourman or Drs. Fate ro Mid-Nite? Trying not to judge too much based on one cover, but if this series really is just JLA on another world, I'm out. Which would be a bummer, because I was really excited for this title. I was hoping for the classic JSA, but revamped and younger (like the JLA), either set in modern times or WWII. Still holding out hope for that, but this cover definitely quells my enthusiasm.

I'm guessing that my extreme hope of Jack Knight being the Starman on this team is also dead.

Oh, no, you've completely summed it up.

I don't see anything wrong with it, I refused to touch #21 of Steph's run as Batgirl because it had some stupid stained glass window effect on the cover and I refused to read some boring story about her going to church.

Oh man, you totally missed out. She spent a few pages counting beads on her rosary, then listened to a kickass sermon, and even got selected to read from Ecclesiastes. Then we got to listen to her give confession, and man, was it nasty. Harlot.

    Best issue EVER!

So where are the Earth two things? I guess I assumed Earth Two would mean a JSA book... You know... not featuring Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.
