As a writer, I like to think of what I would do with certain characters (even though I'd prefer to work on my own). Freeze has made me rack my brains at times because his 'Nora' saga is just so powerful, yet one-note. Cannot wait to see what Synder does with him. Freeze is terribly underused but for good reason; no one knows what to do with him. I'd rather see him not used than shat on by someone who is using him for attentions-sake.

Oh man, best news of the day. Here's hoping Snyder can take Freeze to his maximum bad ass potential.

    Release date?

BTW, I missing the post-"Return of Bruce" bat emblem with its raised yellow and black. Damn you, Flashpoint!

Nice. Freeze is so easy to do wrong, but I have faith in Snyder.

    OH GOOD GRIEF!!!!

How many retellings are we going to retell?
I dropped JLA because ...I've read the story before.

Heck...most of the series I've dropped because...I've read that story before.

I will get this one only because of Snyder...but come ON!!!

Given some of the changes in the Batman villains in the new 52 DCU, I do wonder and worry how will they change Mr. Freeze this time around.

Given the BTAS stuff that they've adapted for the comics in the past is iconic, I'd imagine DC are very, very likely to stick to the Nora motivation, either with her dead or him having her on ice so he can try to save her.

If Snyder wanted to invoke the old animated show directly, then a smart move might be making Ferris Boyle a Court of Owls member.
