Hopefully this turns out to be the Wolverine film the fans have been waiting for.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!
The buzz for this movie took a blow after Aronofsky left the project, but it'll probably still make a profit.
I'm pretty disappointed that Aronofsky is off the project. I've only seen a few of Mangold's movies. "Walk The Line" and "Girl, Interrupted" were both good movies, although neither one gives much of an indication of how he might handle Wolverine. "3:10 to Yuma" on the other hand suggests that he might have what it takes to make a pretty cool Wolverine movie. In any case, the last Wolverine flick is an easy act to follow, so that works in his favor.
Since aronsfky made 2 movies i hated, and 1 i liked, and none of which made me think "This dude should make a wolverine movie!" im in the internet minority in that i don't care that he's gone.
Also thought the first film failed to even be popcorm movie fun, so i hope they go in a different direction, assuming rated R is too much to hope for.
And ninjas.

Nothing's gonna happen without a warning
A "wait and see" for me. I'm not really looking forward to it, per se, but I haven't written it off.
This is great news however what i didnt like is them saying Mariko will have Two brothers them mentioning Silver Samurai like he isnt related.
X-Fan Forever
I haven't had any interest for this project ever since Aronofsky left.

Not a fan of the name. When's the last time Logan was referred to as "the Wolverine" in the comics?
Again... it don't matter. The fans of the films will see this whatever it is called. We don't account for much more than about 10% of the overall take at the Box Office. Besides which, it is just a working title anyway. By the time it comes out they may call it "Wolverine: Ronin" or simply "Wolverine".

It can't be worse than the 2009 film.
I'm looking forward to it for more reasons than one, but it'll be nice to see Hugh strap on the claws again. I am cautiously optimistic they will nail the storyline but we'll see.
Wake me up when it's over...
