So it would be around 50 issues, give or take, and likely in the 1200 page range including covers.
I'd rather have 331-378 than have 328 in the mix. 328 isn't really part of the story, its just a fill-in issue whereas 378 is one last standalone issue with Grey Hulk, kind of a goodbye issue.

Maybe Comixology has a free issue or two to give me a feel for the series. Anyway, 500 pages for $50 isn't too bad for a collection by Remender, especially with a 38% or greater discount. Unlike Marvel, Darhorse must know that people are willing to give something they haven't tried before a chance if its reasonably priced.

Well the Hellboy Library editions are excellent, and Fear Agent HC appears to be the same size so it should be of similiar quality going off that.

It's essentially an Absolute at half the price, wish Marvel did their books like that.

Damnit! Then it won't fit in the large USPS boxes most stores use to ship internationally... I'll have to buy it through Amazon and pray it doesn't arrive in pieces...

Was in the october solicits on cbr's main site.

To those wondering, it's fantastic. I've said it before, I've never read a bad comic from Dark Horse. They're books are top notch. The Hellboy Libraries are slightly shorter, but wider than Absolute sized books, and sewn, for half the price like NZ said. And it looks like the FA book will be about the same size.

I got a question for y'all. Just got Captain America omni by Bru 1 in the mail today and looking it over, on the first page with all the copyright info, it says fourth printing. That means it's had three reprints, correct?

More to the point, I was curious and looked at some of my others. Most are first prints, Ghost Rider, Iron Fist, Ultimates. Simonson Thor says third printing. My Uncanny Xmen omni, however, says first printing. The weird part, it's sewn.

    Huh?

Where and by whom does UXM say it was printed?

Yes, Captain America by Brubaker has the most reprints on any Omnibus titles to date. Not 100% sure but 1st & 2nd printing were glued. 3rd, 4th and there might be a 5th printing which are sewn.

An Uncanny X-men first print Omnibus is a glued binding. But like the Fantastic Four Omnibus Vol 1 first printing it is done very well and has a flexible binding. The spine should be very straight on that book. Take a picture a post it

That's glued, or it looks glued from the way the pages are fixed the ribbon in the bottom of the third pic. The Brubaker Cap Omnibus is like Simonson Thor where the first/second prints were on its release, rather than a year or so later.

Ah I see. When it opens like that and the ribbon bends I always thought that was sewn. Oops!

Few quick questions of the three harcovers that make up the death of Cap. Are there multiple versions of the hardcover? As in the sizes, Amazon has all three by 3rd party sellers, and lists them as just hardcovers, and CGN.com has them as premier HC which im just wondering what is different between them is there is any. thanks again!
I Love DC, but have a man crush for Captain America
