My guess is Abraham, feeling stifled under Rick's perceived lack of leadership, takes matters into his own hands and stages a coup of sorts...
Or Abraham can be just "going to town" on some zombies, w/the chainsaw.
Comics still reading: Saga, Sixth Gun, Walking Dead, All New X-Men, Daredevil, Fury MAX. DC New 52 isn't the worth the paper its printed on...

Well... not the best teaser. We've seen plenty of human inflicted horror in the book, so I'm a little uncertain this is something 'new' to fear.
But I do love a new Walking Dead teaser!
