Default ROBOT GOD AKAMATSU - Web Page Is Up, Come Check It Out :)

The Skinny : ROBOT GOD AKAMATSU is a valentine to the Super Robot genre of the late 1970’s and early 1980’s. Giant robots and monsters attack Boston, and Robot God: Akamatsu (RGA, for short) is the city’s only form of defense!

RGA is also about the relationship between a father and his estranged son, about the abuse of power and how far some are willing to go to see their goals met. It’s a little bit Voltron, a little bit Force Five, and a mighty dollop of Shogun Warriors.

The premise of mixing giant robots with Atlantis is great enough, but the stylish, high-quality art really puts it over the top. Looking forward to more!

Yes, Nitz - I am a huge fan of Jack Kirby, Go Nagai, Herb Trimpe & John Byrne so my style is an homage to heavy black lines and dramatic perspective. I can't wait to you see Chapter 2 in March.

Thanks so much, it's gotten so insanely busy of late and just trying to keep up on the various forums I'm apart of is tough. I'm glad you dig the art and story
