I like Ultimate Comics. - Read them with us!
I also buy: Captain America, Avengers, FF, New Avengers, X-Factor, among others
Yeah he is
Exactly i would rather have AMAZING peter parker die than Ultimate because in my opinion ULTIMATE IS BETTER BY A LONG SHOT! plus eventually in Earth 616 they would revive him, they always revive heroes in THAT UNIVERSE sooner or later, but in 1610 THEY ALMOST NEVER REVIVE THE HEROES the only exception was Valkrie but then they killed her for good not long afterwards
I think that if Peter comes back, the series would seperate into 2 NEW BOOKS: Ultimate Spider-Man(Peter's adventures) Ultimate Comics Spider-Man(Mile's adventures) I wouldnt mind that
THAT SOUNDS HORRIBLE TO ME
That would be cool, i would definitly buy that
Yeah thats why i never watch south park
Um plawsky, SINCE WHEN DID THIS BECOME A THREAD ABOUT FAMILY GUY(which i like but i would rather be talking about spider-men here) AND SOUTH PARK??????????????
Bring back Ultimate Peter Parker
And why is that? The comic book has not even started yet, so you can't be sure how good it is. Plus, the Peter Parker of that universe will most likely be like the one who died from Ultimate, no big difference really. The premise of the cartoon and most likely the comic will be that Peter has been Spidey for a year, meaning he never died when he turned 16 like the Peter from Earth-1610.
Wouldn't you have wanted the Spider-Man from the animated series of the 90's to crossover with the one from the comic book? This would be just like that, except with a younger hero.
I don't care really, I still think my theory is better than an actual resurrection of Peter Parker or even using that mad Scorpion clone.

Or even better, instead of having Miles meet Peter, why not have Kong get superpowers and join Miles in crime fighting, with Ganke as sidekick to both? That would make for the best UU comic book in history (hyperbole)!
Resurrections have not brought much good to UU, take a look at the characters who were resurrected and what they did with their second take at life:
Magneto went mad and flooded the planet, Beast did absolutely nothing significant and died again soon after, same happened with Angel/Warren when Sinister killed him and Phoenix brought him back... in the end he became Sabretooth's meal, Gwen Stacy did well as Carnage but now she is an ordinary girl who was written off--going the same road Beast did.

For the record both of South Park's creators went to the University of Colorado. At least one of them has a 1-2 degrees and both are listed as alum in all Unversity of Colorado sports related media guides.
That still doesn't mean he couldn't meet a 11-12 year old Miles. They could have seen each numerous times and never thought a thing about it.The premise of the cartoon and most likely the comic will be that Peter has been Spidey for a year, meaning he never died when he turned 16 like the Peter from Earth-1610.
Valkyrie and Thor, forgot about them and Captain America!Oops! Also forgot John Wraith/Vindicator.
John turned into Vindicator but was forgotten and didn't really do anything truly heroic, making him redundant. Valkyrie did nothing but ruin Thor and make him a scumbag, but I don't want to get into that tiresome debate again... as for Thor and Cap, they are cases where resurrections were a good idea (Cap may be up to something). My point being, something like that rarely works well in UU.
In a realistic setting a resurrection is extremely serious and rare, and are considered near-death experiences most of the time. There are cases where the person actually dies and comes back minutes after but they are rare.
True, but such meeting would have been more meaningful in Issue #4 of All-New Spidey when Miles got his Uncle Ben moment.

I figured this would be a good thread in which to attempt my legendary return. Somewhat ironic I must say
Anyway, to this news... what the what?!
I've seen a ton of interesting theories here. I've also seen this brought up, but I'll have to bring this up as well... what about the clone? Scorpion? Never know, right?
OR they bring back the zodiac key plot-point, which was conveniently dropped as fast as it started, and bring Peter back. I find it amusing that this is actually what most of the fans here are against ((I'm rather indifferent)). I remember last year there was a group of us coming up with theories since the arc title "Death of Spider-Man" seemed far too blunt in nature. But whaddaya know? They snuffed the kid.
Now we have something called "Spider-Men" showing Peter's and Miles' spider together. Seems pretty obvious to me, BUT the devil is in the details. If Peter is back I highly doubt it'll be permanent. Maybe he becomes a different character or just disappears back into obscurity? Hard to tell, but it does seem Bendis and co. are trying to keep things simple. So.. who knows right?![]()
