The baka thing keeps reminding me of Mayo Chiki for some reason. I also remember MM. My brain's blacking the other names at the moment.

Gonna need to figure out where I put my photoshop, though.

Cirno is from Touhou Project. And you still need to be more specific, "baka" essentially being her nickname.

You know how the symbiote suits like Venom and Carnage become a really exaggerated version of their host's psyches, what would you be like if you got a symbiote suit?

I'm chronically lazy, low on social skills and obsessed with seeing everything from a logical perspective.

    Hmm...

Earlier today a madman in a black Spider-Man suit was seen stealing shiny things and beating up random bad drivers, hipsters, red necks, and the generally stupid. While police attempted capture, the criminal swung away, but not before robbing a local dollar store of coke and pork rinds. Republican candidate Romney used this to attack Obama on inadequate policies regarding crime, but we all just rolled our eyes like every other time a Republican candidate has opened their mouth this year.

    That sounds about right...

Hey, did I make a lot of drunken posts recently or has anyone else had a load of their postcount reinstated?

Well, I'm still not where I was I think, but I'm at least over 19,000 again. How'd that happen?
And yes! God frigging yes! Where were you my lovely little post count?
Never leave me again. I was such a wreck without you.
Shh, don't say anything, we don't need words.

We got a lot of them back right after the update. Apparently it reset whatever made the postcount go nuts.

My outsider's view on the American Political System is that it essentially has three levels:

Congress: Everyone screams incoherently at each other in a big hall, delaying laws from being passed whilst trying not to say anything overly controversial that would prevent reelection. The entire year preceeding an election consists entirely of campaigning, meaning even less gets done.

The Senate: Republicans scramble to try to pass increasingly deranged and outlandish laws, Democrats are too busy running damage control to get anything done. All Senators are required by law to maintain at least three extramarital relationships at all times so as to facilitate the elaborate webwork of blackmail, bribery and backstabbing which has by this point grown to become a vast semi-sentient mind utilising exchanged money rather than neurons to do the actual running of the country.

President: The Scapegoat. Any President who makes it to his second term may take advantage of the fact that he no longer needs to sustain his career in order to force through precisely one policy worth noting.

Also there's the Vice-President, but I'm pretty sure he only exists to attend state funerals.

Depressingly accurate as far as I've noticed... The Vice President HAS gotten to take over the Scapegoat in Chief's spot a few times in our history though, so he does have SOME functionality. :P
