Almost time for my next driving lesson, it's been interesting so far.

Uh huh, interesting as in you violated at least thirty rules since you began learning or something else?... ^^.
Need advice from someone with experience with girls here: recently met that cute girl after returning to my engineering school after a 5-month-long internship. Trying to be nice while not being needy, but still I feel like I am intimidating her. She is nice with everyone but me. With me, while she doesn't actively try to avoid me, she is quite distant. Description: a 5ft6-7 redhead, quite thin, who plays rugby and is a former dancer. Me... well, me (6ft, 170lbs, but I am often told I look heavier, and she knows I train in american boxing). Any idea, pretty please? (Girls: I fail to understand them. Also, I need to change my signature, I have moved past that stage.)
Well, how often do you socialise with her? If it's not that often, then you don't really have that much of problem.
Some people just don't like other people. Hopefully it isn't anything personal, perhaps your personalities don't click.
I mean, if you want a relationship with her, which might not be on the cards if she's kind of distant to you even at this stage, then you should just outright ask her out. Go on a date somewhere and see how it goes.

Trying to see her at least two to three times a week (not that hard, we share common friends). But yeah, should wait a bit, and see if I manage to change things. If I don't, better forget about her. Oh, and I forgot, she already has a boyfriend (who is far away from our school), so my plan right now is to prove myself to be better than him (Yeah, I know, that's not honorable. A few years ago I would have stopped right there and then, but I missed a big opportunity because of that, so now I do my best to ignore that part, but I know which lines not to cross).

I meet quite a few morons on the road who do things like overtaking me pulling out of a junction, on a corner, in thick fog, with another car coming around the corner.
I tend to do manoeuvres right the first couple of times then start screwing them up. The instructor says once I've got the technique then I start overthinking things instead of simply doing it.
No one I know can quite believe that I've stuck to this so far, especially when it made me five minutes to the pub last week. I made up for it, some people said I overcompensated I say I compensated for future lateness.

Being as nice as I can, it doesn't look good.
Here's what I'm getting okay. Nice with everyone, plays rugby, dances. That's all pretty extrovert behaviour. It doesn't sound like she'd have any problems with recieving attention from people. And distant honestly isn't shy/coy/subtly looks at you whilst playing with her hair.
I'm really not sure she'd share any feelings towards you, just based off that info alone.
Also, again trying to be nice but, just based on the one thing you've said she knows about you, women don't like things that, whilst you might not see it that way, show signs of violence/aggression.
Really though, iit'2 really only Terezii who has quiirk2 that are overly hard two read two begiin wiith, and iit totally fiit2 her per2onaliity anyhow.
