The End Is Nigh, Folks.
The signs are everywhere.
The dying Past. The invading Malware. The withering Post Counts. Soon, the Omniverse will be filled with Gloom and Doom, while everything goes Boom.
Fortunately, that doesn't mean you can't go out in style. Well, go out dining in style anyway.
In fact, we're here to bring you just that. The finest culinary experience, with a front row seat to the greatest fireworks display ever seen.
Believe me when I say that this is a Once In A Life Time Opportunity, Ladies and Gentlemen! This is the time to enjoy your favorite cuisines in the safety of the Restaurant, while you witness the End of the Omniverse. A most magnificent sight, I assure you!
So sit back, relax, and enjoy the view. And the food, of course!
The only request we have is that you ensure that your reservation is paid for before you take a seat. Otherwise, you might find yourself teleported outside without warning. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
...
Oh, and I hope you guys have insurance for any vehicles you left out in the parking lot.
Hopefully I can get the next one.

Unfortunately, service is remarkably slow as the Omniversal Timeline is taken apart and all of History erased in preparation for what comes afterwards.
I'm not sure the Omniverse ending is conceptually valid, given that it kinda recursively includes versions of itself that haven't ended by defenition.

Depends on the definition.
Even if it's infinite, it doesn't mean that it has to include ones that are not ending, if no such universes actually exist.
It would get a trifle contradictory.
The "all possibilities" definition may have to take that into account of course, though it would still be valid in a non-self referential frame of the definition.

The Transcendental Sovereign of Laziness, upon sensing his name being used, teleported to the one who used it. Despite not wearing any special protective gear, Noldere (or FarBeyondC if you prefer) was unaffected by the heat emanating from Sol.
"So, you're serving Dire Tarrasques, eh?" Noldere asked, amused. "I never did get them to taste that well, but then, I'm not that much of a chef. I wish this endeavor the best of luck." At this point, Noldere reaches into the upper right pocket of his jacket and pulls out a card- obviously enchanted with a teleportation spell. Handing the card over to Sol, he said, "If you need more, or should you wish to have more exotic ingredients for this restaurant of yours, you are always welcome to go here. And now, unless you have some other business with me, I bid you good day."
Done speaking, Noldere waits around for a few minutes, observing the customers as they came in.

Multiverses can include multiple infinite universes, and some Multiverses are in turn infinite in terms of nunber of universes.
As the Omniverse contains all feasable groupings of universes and multiverses and any additional layering involved, that's a lot to all fade out at once.
Even if a mad Omnipotent entity destroys everything then itself, some of the other Omnipotents might preserve everything leading to actuality branching off into two states where it is both destroyed and not destroyed depending on perspective.
Point is, it's a lot to consider.

Well, if we're being strictly literal here, omniverse would mean everything- all universes, all dimensions, all possibilites, etc. Omni = every = all =/= infinite, especially since there are different degrees of infinity.
Of course, none of this really matters, because you're the one who used the term, and can therefore tell us exactly what you meant when you said it.

I see it has taken the imminent ending of the Omniverse for you to decide to reveal your true identity to everyone.
...well, everyone here anyway.
Thank you kind sir, and a good day to you too."So, you're serving Dire Tarrasques, eh?" Noldere asked, amused. "I never did get them to taste that well, but then, I'm not that much of a chef. That, or everything ends regardless.
I agree that's it's a lot (understatement of understatements), it's not a question of how "large" it is, or how "many" there are. That's only from a human perspective. ^_^
Plus, I'm not totally sold on the whole "omnipotent" thing either. If we're going to create logical paradoxes for the heck of it, then I don't see it being much of an argument in...any argument.

All of which does not imply that it cannot all end.
It's a pretty specific thing actually, the Omniverse ending.
Then you h ave to consider what "Ending" means, given that the term has many different degrees in the various realities in the Omniverse.
There is that as well.Of course, none of this really matters, because you're the one who used the term, and can therefore tell us exactly what you meant when you said it.
Thing is, the Omniverse as rumbles generally refers to it includes all of fiction, which has multiple omnipotent beings in it.
The unpleasant complexity of what logically happens if they try to counter each other is probably exactly why most of them have their own universe or multiverse to do whatever they want with and avoid interacting with others.
TOAA stays of Elaine Belloc's lawn, everyone avoids a big logistical mess. Simple.
