Legend's is usually around 6" in height and Universe is 3 3/4" in height. By the looks of the articulation I'm betting that they are Universe figures. Still maybe we'll get some legends size ones as well.

If you're nitpicking like that, you might also have noticed that Ribic's axe-hammer is way way way too small in size compared to Hitch's original.
