Storm was never an angry character, and if Marvel ever went that route with her, I'd lose all respect for them. That's the last stereotype she needs to be molded into.

Ororo's definitely passionate about everything she does, and sometimes anger results from her refusal to guise her feelings on a particular matter, but she's never solely been characterized as being angry.

She's been reckless of course, but it was all in good fun.

I'm sorry, but where did you get the idea that Ororo Monroe was somehow the "Angry Black Woman" prior to her marriage to T'Challa or underutilization by MARVEL? Storm never struck me or ever came off as the angry type; she's not Wolverine, she's not Cyclops, and she certainly isn't Jean Grey suffering from a power Trip. She's her own identity, and more than the sum of one or more simple emotion descriptions. While she is not incapable of anger, it doesn't rule her like the majority of her comrades; she cool headed, mature and methodical (among other things). She is not anger-driven.

Storm is awesome and will always be awesome!

To be fair Storm isn't any of those characters but her rage pasts Logan by a long shot. When she does get mad, which isn't often. She starts going into the whole kill em all mold and when that happens bad weather happens. Let's not forget she stabbed Callisto, Forge, and ripped out Marrow's heart.

Looks like Storm and the X-men are appearing in the new season of the Avengers cartoon.

I don't like Storm's costume in that image at all. Bad color scheme and it seems like a mishmash of several different costumes. Plus the cape makes it look like Snowbird's cape from Alpha Flight.

Completely agreed, the costume looks a hot mess. In fact, all of the X-men do...

    Wait a minute...

The X-men with Storm and The Avengers with Black Panther in the same cartoon?

I know it is a children's channel but will there be a scene where T'challa and Ororo alone discuss the teams working together and suddenly massive rhythmic lightning strikes the mansion randomly... For at least an hour!

Captain America: "We are under attack... Avengers Assemble!"

Professor X: "I shall telepathically pinpoint the location of our attacker... Oh dear!"
Kanye West: "Marvel Comics does not like Black Panther!"

I am a T.R.O.L.L.... Totally Ruling On Line Linguistics!

You're so vain... I bet you think this post is about you don't you!

I didn't even notice the other X-men at first, but you're right, why do they all look so fugly? The costume designs just aren't good. Hopefully this was just a promo piece from a long time and further revisions were done. I guess we'll see come April.

We can only hope, I'm excited to see what role the X-men will play in the series though. Doctor Doom and The Fantastic Four are also appearing.

That looks like a Canadian elseworld's tale. Those costumes remind me of Alpha Flight.
