Sorry, was looking for the interview where I found the info. He was featured in CBR a while back:

EDIT: He's from Cebu. Was in the Phlippines for a while growing up and been to lots of places (Manila, Bacolod, Bohol, IloIlo, Palawan, Cagayan de Oro, etc) but that's one I've never been to :)

You can always ask about Storm in Bunn's Q&A thread. I'm sure she'll show up at some point in the book, but I don't think she'll be joining the team itself.
