Thank everyone so much for the compliments on the costume! It was a blast to honor the goddess in the form of imitation. Definitely looking forward to creating my next idea for Halloween 2013 which is Asgardian Storm!!! In other news, Shade.... you are freaking ridiculous! If the artists at Marvel had half as much creative intuition and talent as you, reading some of these books would be much more exciting lol. You really have an awesome future ahead of you.

That is a bad-ass interpretation of Punk Storm, HP! Honestly one of my favorite periods for Ororo so any interpretation is pretty awesome. Also, I'm damn near ecstatic to announce that the owner of my LCS has already read All New Xmen and knowing I am a huge fan, told me to look forward to "a return to classic Storm" and described a scene with her famous dark background eyes glowing look... as much as I hate getting my hopes up, I'm not gonna lie and say I didn't get really excited!!

Did you all see the new Defender series was announced today? Valkyrie is getting a ladies team together. So far only Moonstar and Misty Knight announced as members. Would be great to see Marvel's most popular ladies on the team instead of C list characters. Storm would be great with the Lady Liberators team that battled Red Hulk!

Sadly, the book is already heading in the wrong direction and I like Moonstar and Misty.

I'll wait for more detail on The Fearless Defenders. I assumed this would be the "unannounced title" she appears in, and I definitely want her in a prominent role, and ultimately a leadership position. If this will be lead by Val and Misty.....hmmm....though I like Misty I don't want Storm being a subordinate to her. Maybe this won't be the mystery book with our Ororo. And it wouldn't make much sense for her to subordinate to characters she is way more popular than and a more prominent leader.
