That's been the only real guess that anyone has made. But I agree with you - it would be a bit anti-climatic if that was all it was. But I have no idea what else could have happened - they had a kid that was killed in battle? they enslaved the Flaxan world using cruel and evil means? I really don't know. I hope it's something cool though after all this build up.

That makes sense, maybe they had a kid and he died because of monster girl.

Im thinking its more along the lines of... Robot took control, maybe the power went to his head a little, and MG chose to be on the rebel side

JUST finished issue 90, and WOW amazing!! So much stuff i want to talk about. iLL just make a few comments instead.

There were hints of it when Mark made that future trip and had to kill Immortal. And it's been speculated since Thragg mentioned Argall and becoming regent during the Viltrumite War. And totally agree with you on Bulletproof.

I was coming to Bulletproof's defense when people were speculating that he and Eve had something going on. Now, he just makes me sick. I shouldn't be surprised considering he got with Outrun. He has no problem cheating on his girlfriend. In this situation he demonstrates how morally bankrupt he really is.

I really liked this issue. Invincible is one of the best books around and I love the way Kirkman, plays with superhero themes and tropes, but it seems this arc will be ending sooner than we thought it would with what happened in the end...

I like Bulletproof as a jerk, Kirkman's obviously referencing AzBats and other characters in the same vein.

Also, I loved the little wink to the Walking Dead.

So what other invincible stuff is good to read? The only other stuff ive read is the eve/rex mini. I really liked it, made me like Rex and it was a good insight to his past.

That sounds great. I'd rather see an Eve/ Dinosaurus mini though. Or Oliver/Dinosaurus.

There's not really much more Invincible stuff than that. Guarding the Globe starring The Guardians of the Globe should be out in trade soon. Wolf-Man, Tech Jacket, Brit, and Capes all have trades out and are in the Invincible Universe.

My compendium came in today. This thing is MASSIVE. I saw it at my LCS but didn't pick it up. It feels like a brick.

Anyway, this is an amazing series! I'm only on number 6 but I love it. I love the idea of a "fresh" superhero, especially one I can relate to so well. I'm kind of on the fences on whether I like the one-monster-per-week deal. Already liking the early tension between Eve and Invincible. The Viltrum back story was pretty cool. I also liked the throwback to superman with he first costume. Pretty good writing. I really that the scene with the planet guy who had been vistiting Earth instead of Urath was pretty original, and kite of "cute". (Couldn't think of a better word)

Only question so far is.....

What/who is this Robot guy? He seems to be really smart, and they refer to him as "bag of bolts"; so is he human or not? What are his powers?
