| So I'm with the gdbatman here. Yet another example of writing the character in a way that progresses the plot. I get the need for additional manpower because they don't know what they're dealing with, but Rick just rolled out with essentially his entire council. Besides leaving behind Andrea (great, fav character, left in the worst situation). I mean come on does that make any sense? He knows nothing about the number of the other side, but he knows that his community is disorganized without leadership. And what does he do, leaves with all the battle tested people. Why not send out a party of people with Glenn who wants to go to the Hilltop anyway?|
Now, it looks like things are getting set up for the community to take a massive amount of losses. Pretty much the opposite, of what I want to see happen. All for the sake of doing the most depraved thing Kirkman could think of. Yay! [sarcasm]. If this goes poorly, I could see jumping ship a few issues after 101. Kirkman has earned the right to be trusted so I'd give him one more arc to keep me on board, but sorry this just stinks of saving a few characters he wants to keep playing with while leaving everyone else out to dry. I hope he proves me wrong though.
