Lapham has upped the ante. In his series he outdid Ennis on horror and characterization. It will be interesting to see if Ennis can come back and pull it off.
Laphams runs didn't come close to what Ennis did in the initial run.
Oh man this sounds pretty killer I'm tempted. I've never read any of the Crossed series'. Although a bi-weekly $4 comic might detract me from reading this!![]()

The first serie was fun, Family values a bit less, and psychopath even less. I can say that i'm done with that serie. I guess there is such a thing as too much gore before it starts being boring.
Family Values was too over the top for me. Instead of seeing what happens when you get caught by the Crossed once or twice and knowing the stakes it happened every other page. It was shock value for the sake of shock value.
The first issue of Psychopath was decent, but every issue got worse and worse. It was even more over the top and flat our horrible. Not my cup of tea.
Pregnant woman... I'm already cringing at the thought.
Bad news everyone...
