I'm okay with IDW reprinting the TMNT in color as long as they collect it cuz volume one is going for like 100 on amazon now, I'll gladly sell my copy for that and pick up the color one later :)

Yeah its kind of funny how fast it went up in price for how short time ago it came out. I think Vol 2 just went on sale. Though if you do plan on selling it id do it soon. that TMNT book is still so new I don't think a lot of people know about it yet. And its TMNT i know the other TMNT comic by IDW is only like 9 months in and you can't get back issues anywhere some of them are already $20+ depending on cover.

I think once more people find out about TMNT color classics people will start unloading their hardcover on ebay to add the new comics to their pull list. Or some people I know are double dipping and buying both.

I also wouldn't wait to pick up the new TMNT book. If you want a first print of issue one you'd better be fast. This is TMNT we're talking here.

BTW, Ive heard people are paying large ammounts online for this. I got it for US cover price at my LCS. They always get the rare stuff. I got the Mirage TMNT graphic novel from them ( That i traded to someone else for a brand new copy of the 2nd printing of the spider-man omnibus.)

If you're a major fan of Brian Bolland (like you should be), then I'd say yes. If you just wanted to read JD with Bolland's stories, then I'd recommend picking up the Complete Case Files 2-5. It's going to give you far more material for slightly more cash.

I like them. I only ever read the first 25 issues of Spawn so I got the first two volumes.

Colors are great, sewn binding, no dust jacket and they are over sized.

Vol 1 does include issues 9 and 10. It includes all issues 1-12.

Nice, thanks for this! Big fan of Dredd and most of 2000AD. And as said, Bolland's stuff is the stuff to get. Hope the new movie's good...
